Upon the emergence from the mother’s womb, we take our first full breath. In that breath contains the energy of all the Universe. It is at that point that an astrologer can see the path of the new life. Bot so much in all of the details, but in understanding of the new life’s intent and what the new life carries into this world. An astrologer would create a natal chart, showing her or him the location of the celestial bodies of the solar system and the part of the season into which this new life was born. 
In capturing that moment in numbers, energy, ink and paper, an astrologer can feel into the scope and breadth of that life. No matter what this new life’s astrology chart looks like, his or her path is authentic, valid and worth every other breath that new life takes. To know the joys, sorrows, pains, ecstasies, truths, thrills, falls, loves, pleasures, epiphanies, shadows, enchantments and wonders is to know life on this planet. Every soul that is born has an intent and is provided the tools to discover that intent. It is a moment to celebrate when we can discover it, live it and love it!
