Early tomorrow morning, Saturn will be in opposition to the Sun and be in the middle of period to observe it in the night sky. Located below the bright star Spica in the constellation of the Priestess, Saturn is in the sign of Scorpio. This is a period of opportunity to get direct transmissions not only with Saturn but with our fears and shadow, and releasing us from our own inner trappings and vices.
Scorpio is the edgewalker, shaman and kundalini chaotician. With Saturn’s presence, this can be a combustible manifestation. Scorpio cannot be controlled nor will Saturn’s rules be ignored. This opposition illuminates the qualities of both Saturn and Scorpio. Things that have
been hidden from the light come into view. The recesses of the alleys, tunnels and sewers come up to be noticed. The fears in the rule of the land, king and country are present more than ever. Saturn’s opposition to the Sun also gives us a chance to look at the shadow fear structure we have built into ourselves over long periods of time.
