The Sacred Hearth Within
“She was the glowing, warmth-emitting hearth.” – James Hillman (Mythic Figures pg 235)
Under the darkest of skies, the red planet Mars shines like an orange-red ruby. The jewel in the heavens, no bigger than a small water droplet held on the tip of a finger at arm’s length has a commanding position near the star Spica, rising in the twilight of the evening. Mars and Spica are in the constellation of the Priestess, but they are not alone. Above it and to the left a bit is the brightest asteroid in the solar system: Vesta
This asteroid wasn’t officially noticed by astronomers until 1807 but it is possible that this asteroid was noticed long before it was spied by a telescope. That is possible because it is the only asteroid we humans can see with the naked eye from Earth, but only for a few scant weeks before, during and after opposition with the Sun.
At first, Vesta, along with Ceres, Juno and Pallas Athena, were thought of as planets. Due to the lack of feminine goddesses in the night sky, the astronomers named them after prominent Roman goddesses. It is interesting to note that Vesta was in the sign of Virgo at the time of its modern-day discovery. Appropriate, since the goddess Vesta is closely associated with the Earth Priestess archetypal sign of Virgo. It was only many years later that it was revealed they were not planets after all, but a new type of planetary body called an asteroid.
Mythology and History of Vesta
The Romans, of course, “borrowed” the Greek pantheon of goddesses and gods and re-named them. Vesta was Hestia in pre-Roman times and was the most honored goddess in the ancient households and communities around ancient Greece and areas of their influence. It is written in Homer’s “The Hymm of Aphrodite” that, “In all temples of the gods she is honored, and among all mortals she is venerated.”
Demetra George’s “Asteroid Goddesses” goes into depth about Vesta and Hestia and how she was, “the goddess of the hearth fire”. Hestia’s roots are deep, being born in the pre-Hellenistic Mediterranean world. James Hillman writes in his essay on Hestia/Vesta (In: Hestia’s Preposition) that the “Hearth in Latin is focus, which can be translated into psychological language as the centering attention that warms to life all that comes within its radius.” (pg 235) This is not in the same way as Apollo the Sun God would warm those around him, but more in a way that provides inner focus around the hearth. Her sole purpose was to care for the sacred flame at the center of the home or community/city. Hestia’s priestesses in the pre-Hellenistic world of the Mediterranean were vestal virgins, not because of any vow of celibacy, but because they were sovereign, women who bucked the tide of the rising patriarchy and were, as Demetra George put it, “whole and complete unto themselves . . .” (pg 121).
The priestesses of Hestia did not commit themselves to marriage, instead devoted themselves to the great mother goddess, tending the fires of the hearth and also voluntarily giving herself sexually to visitors as part of a sacred rite to the goddess.
Hestia evolved to Vesta in the Roman years, moving into virgins who were celibate for certain number of years. After the Roman time, patriarchy continued to transform and take hold of power amongst the genders, placing women into a class below that of men and even fearing them. This fear led to religions in Europe, North Africa and Asia that contorted the goddess Hestia and Vesta, where the priestesses (Nuns) not only had to be celibate but devoted to only one god, nearly completely removing any feminine sovereignty over her own mind, spirit and body.
Fortunately, in today’s world there is a great expansion of knowledge, history and deeper understanding of humanity’s roots. Revolutions appear and help being about a movement of greater balance where all of us can tap into the sovereignty of the feminine or anima.
THE MOVEMENTS AND RHYTHMS OF VESTA
Like all planetary bodies, Vesta has a rhythm and language all its own with connections to the sacred fire that burns within us all. Vesta’s orbit is such where it commonly returns on a person’s birthday at ages 11, 18, 29, 40, 51, 58, 69, 80 and 87. As one can see, the numbers 7, 11 and 29 are the most common numerically (which are also considered Prime Numbers in mathematics). Some of these ages correspond with cycles within the Shamanic Timeline, like big Saturn Returns, the mid-life cycles and the first Nodal Return. Vesta’s role at those times assist a person in unearthing emerging qualities that need to be nurtured and held sacred within our person.
Vesta’s movement has a close connection to the movement of Saturn across the night sky. It takes Vesta 3.6 years to orbit the Sun and 2 of those orbits are equal to ¼ turn of Saturn around the sky and around the astrology chart. And hence they come together often, especially during the first two Saturn Returns in a person’s life at 29-30 and 58-59 years of age. Because of eccentricities in Vesta’s orbit, it can also return at age 11, 18 and 40, 51 and 69 as well, but not as close as Venus does every 8 years.
These returns of the asteroid Vesta allow for a person to realize the sacred within themselves, the organic patterning that is vital in the long-term of health of our being. Vesta is a ‘feminine-esque’ archetype, but it resides for both men and women and applies the same for each gender (as would Jupiter, the Moon or the Sun) in Shamanic Astrology.
An example of how Vesta works in Shamanic Astrology is in my own case. I was born with Vesta in Aquarius at about 13 degrees. When I turned 18, Vesta was just going into (ingressing) the sign of Aquarius. Some months after my 18th birthday and during this Vesta return cycle (and before the Lunar Nodal Return) I had my first real connection with the stars. I saw the entire starfield for the first time in my life and it had an enormous impact in my life. I will note also that Vesta’s natal placement is only 5 degrees from my North Node in Aquarius.
But how does one know the timeframe of a Vesta Return? It begins when Vesta is in opposition to the Sun (similar to Mars) and ends at that time as well. It takes anywhere from 16 to 17 ½ months for Vesta to go from one opposition to the next one. And within that 16 or 17 month timeframe is when a person can go through a Vesta Return. If you are age 11, 18, 29, 40, 51, 58, 69, 80 or 87 and your birthday falls within that range then you are experiencing a Vesta Return. Some of those Vesta may not fall as close as it does on the 29th or 58th birthday, so it may be that we consider them more in the “minor return” category (like age 51’s return).
I have only done in-depth work with this asteroid but have begun an initial look at the asteroid Ceres. It has some interesting return cycles for a person at ages 23 and 46, but Ceres is not visible naked eye. It will be worth examining, just the same on how it fits on the timeline. But Vesta’s initial importance can be seen in every chart that I looked at and for anyone interested in learning what role Vesta plays in their life.
One can think of Vesta like the rhythm of the heart or the pulse of matter within self. Hestia/Vesta gave mortals and immortals alike a place and be in space to feel that rhythm of the home, community and self. In can be summarized as “Sacred Province or Devotion to . . .” The blank part of that is the archetype/sign that Vesta occupies at the time of one’s birth. There are many ways to look up your Vesta sign, but an example for asteroids is: http://www.true-node.com/eph3/#names
FURTHER THOUGHTS
Vesta is new to Shamanic Astrology and the most recent edition to this paradigm since Chiron was brought into the fold in the early part of the first decade of this millennium. I brought it forward into Shamanic Astrology after noticing Vesta appearing to come back to its natal position near the time of my client’s Saturn Returns. I had originally been led to believe that the orbits of asteroids were too erratic and not worth seeing their return cycles. But, of course, I know now that is incorrect.
Opposition happens with the Sun on April 13th, only 5 days after Mars’ opposition with the Sun and all in the sign of Libra. I wrote extensively on Libra in my Mars article last week (click here to read about it) so I will mention that Vesta’s presence in Libra is drawing attention to the formulation of relationships going forward. What is sacred about your out relationships? What about with a spouse or partner or even our own “inner other”? Are you honoring yourself in those relationships? Or are you sacrificing more than 50% of your being to be in that relationship?
Furthermore, while not visible for most of its orbit, it is significant enough that we see it with our own eyes to experience something that can’t be experienced with the other asteroids.
As we look up into the night sky and make an intention to find Vesta in the constellation of the Priestess, we may pick up a bit of knowledge or a flake of the wheat shaft she is carrying. We may see something new that adds insight into our lives that the other planets have yet not provided. Human history is written above our heads. All we have to do is gaze and ponder, opening up to what the cosmos can tell us to hear that history and ancient wisdom.

Essay on Hestia/Vesta, “In: Hestia’s Preposition” in the book, Mythic Figures by James Hillman
I am having my Vesta Return now. The first direct pass took place in September of 2016 when I turned 58. In early February, I will be having the Retrograde pass.
In September, with the first pass of my Vesta Return, I moved from California to my parents’ home in Tennessee. Previous to this move, I had not seen my parents for 22 years. They are both 84 years old, living together and able to care for themselves.
I have Cancer Rising, Both Sun and Moon in the 4th–Cancer’s House, and Vesta in Cancer, in a tight square to my lunar nodes. Cancer themes are hugely important to me, but I have a difficult relationship with my family, especially with my mother.
Emotions. Who really understands them or honors them? We use food to control and sedate emotions. That is really the ONLY purpose for food. It is not really a human requirement for biological survival.
Food. I’ve spent many years trying to understand the ideal way to nourish oneself. In the end, it comes down to an awareness of one’s Spiritual Identity. As Spirit, we are capable of expressing ourselves through a physical body without the need to consume physical food. Trust me. I have Vesta in the 1st House of Identity.
Hi Jean,
Thank you for sharing your journey with me. Depending upon the outer planet aspects and sign of your Moon (Is it Libra?), it can make the relatonship with the past (including parents) challenging. However, based on having Cancer Rising, you are here to embrace the Cancer archetype as a beginner in this lifetime. It means that family experiences are one of the major priorities in your life, from a place of learning. The parents are part of the training, but they are mostly to do with your lineage using the Shamanic Astrology system. Since you also have Vesta in Cancer, it emphasizes the sacredness of the qualities of the Cancer archetypes (family, nurturing, compassion, support, providing a safe space). Combined with your Cancer Rising, it really is saying that you are here to find a new way of expressing Cancer and that the old, traditional ways of Cancer are no longer useful. It is accepting your new story and not the one the parents projected upon or expected from you, unconsciously or otherwise).
I’m not in full agreement with your statement about food as the body does require some nourishment to live. The body can only survive a few weeks without food before it begins to eat itself. After all, why do we have teeth and a digestive system? But I do agree that food has enormous influence on our emotional well-being. Some people do abuse the consumption of food and are susceptible to a wide variety of eating addictions/disorders which usually have a psychological component. But sometimes, there are genetic and chemical/physical reasons for issues with eating. But I’m no expert on biology and can say these things from experience or what I have learned since being born.
The other I will say is that we are here as soul’s incarnated in the physical form to experience what it is to be human. If we ignore being human, what would even be the point of living? Why bother being flesh and blood? To me, there is a great purpose to being human and over 7 billion varieties. But we can all choose our paths, for the most part and have free will. An old Cherokee proverb states, “We can only BE what WE give ourselves the power to BE.” We don’t have to be anything if we choose not to be. Or we can accept what our soul is yearning for and proceed down that road.
Take care,
Erik
Thank you for your insightful reply, Erik. Your understanding of Vesta and the meaning of the Rising sign is, of course, spot on. However, it is indeed true that I am here to find a new way of expressing Cancer and that the old, traditional ways of Cancer are no longer useful. If you will take the time to research breatharianism you will soon see that it is possible for humans to survive in excellent physical health without consuming any food or water at all. Try doing some investigating on youtube. Look up: Ray Maor, Victor Truviano, Kirby de Lanerolle, Prahlad Jani…and many, many others.
I was born on a New Moon, with Sun in Virgo and Moon at 0 degrees Libra. Everything about my chart points to bringing in something new. Open your eyes and look. Breatharianism has been around, amongst saints and holy men living high up in the mountains, for a long, long time. It’s beginning to be taught to groups of people now, not that anyone is going to get the knack of it in a weekend retreat. Your have to be very grounded to be a breatharian. You have to be fully in touch with your emotions.
Eating physical food is a deeply entrenched addiction of the human species. Why do we have teeth? Our bodies have teeth. We are not our bodies. We are spiritual being. We can master the physical experience or let it be our master. Read John 4. What does Jesus say about food and water? Consider taking it literally.
My Vesta is at 23 Cancer square my North Node at 22 Libra. Jupiter is now transiting conjunct my North Node with Uranus opposite, conjunct my South Node. This is an absolutely amazing time for me, with the spiritual energy tap flowing full volume.
I am so grateful to be living at my parents’ home, while Pluto at 18 Capricorn begins it’s transit to my father’s Ceres at 18 Capricorn and my mother’s Sun at 18 Libra.
My mother’s Pluto is at 23 Cancer exactly conjunct my Vesta. It has taken me many years to understand her resentment. It has taken me many years to begin to see the bigger picture and the path to freedom.
Just a little additional comment. I was born in 1958. Mars is a singleton in my chart, the only planet in the upper hemisphere. As such, it’s like a funnel for all the energy of my chart to flow towards. My Mars is in the 11th at 27Tau58. If you add the first 30 degrees of Aries to 27 degrees of Taurus, the second sign, you will see that my Mars is positioned in the 58th degree of the zodiac. For a long time, I have been aware that the number 58 is a special number for me. I am now 58 years old. I find it interesting that Isaiah 58 is an entire chapter in the Old Testament solely on fasting. I’ve been very interested in fasting since my late teens when I first left my parent’s home and was free to decide for myself what to eat or not eat. And now, my mind and heart are powerfully focused on making the transition to non-eating..
I would like to make a correction. My father’s Ceres is at 23Cap54 directly opposite my Vesta at 23Can13. I don’t know why I thought it was at 18 Capricorn.
My mother’s Ceres is at 16Cap48 sextile her 4th House Moon and North Node, both at 16Pis56. When I first moved to my parents’ house in September, I pitched a tent in their big back yard, thinking I would only stay a little while and happy for the distance from the house. It was in December, when Pluto was conjunct my mother’s Ceres, that the weather became cold and stormy and I moved inside.
Today is April 4, 2017. In a few days from now, on April 8th, the transiting Moon will be at 20Vir52 conjunct my natal Sun–my personal New Moon.
I am now in the final phase–the Balsamic phase–of my personal lunar cycle. It’s time to release some things, to let go, to prepare for a new cycle.
Tomorrow, transiting Vesta will make it’s final exact conjunction to my natal Vesta at 23Can13. This final pass of my Vesta Return is bringing with it some big-time Karmic stuff that I don’t totally understand. About a week ago, my guidance told me to study a chart for 5 AM on April 7th–the day before my personal New Moon. What I see in the chart astonishes me, but I have not yet been able to put it all together. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
On April 7th, at 5 AM, transiting Karma (3811) will be at 2Vir33Rx conjunct the transiting North Node at 2Vir40 conjunct the transiting Moon at 3Vir05.
I have a stellium of planets in my 3rd House conjunct my natal Pluto at 2Vir40.
Obviously, with the North Node and Karma and the Moon transiting conjunct my natal Pluto, something “Karmic” will be happening.
But just in case that’s not enough to make the situation clear, transiting Moira (638) will be at 2Ari24 conjunct transiting Pallas at 2Ari54. These two objects will be forming a Yod with my natal Pluto-Neptune sextile. Moira means “fate”.
I have never really thought in terms of having been personally involved with the destruction of Atlantis in a past life, but now I am beginning to wonder.
On April 7th, transiting Atlantis (1198) will be at 22Can51 conjunct transiting Vesta at 22Can25. Both will be conjunct my natal Vesta at 22Can13 and square my South Node at 22Ari32. The South Node has to do with my karmic past and it looks like Atlantis is demanding attention.
At 5AM on April 7th, my natal Atlantis at 13Pis21Rx will be rising on the transiting Ascendant at 12Pis46. Transiting Neptune will also be rising at 13Pis01. With transiting Neptune conjunct my natal Atlantis, does this mean that issues pertaining to Atlantis will be dissolved and forgiven?
On April 7th, transiting DNA (55555) will be at 18Aqu57 conjunct my natal Chiron at 18Aqu37. I know that Atlantis is associated with genetic experiments. Maybe there is some connection. I have a natal Pluto-Pallas-Mercury conjunction. When Pluto is conjunct Mercury, a mental implosion is necessary for spiritual growth. According to the medical establishment and my father, I have a genetic mental illness, a theory that I have fought long and hard. My first name is Jean. The male version of Jean is Gene. I like to play with that thought sometimes. I like my genes. I think I have good genes. It’s the medical establishment that I have a big problem with. The medical establishment has little respect for natural healing processes and only attempts to control symptoms with medication which prohibits any real healing. So, what does it mean when DNA transits conjunct my natal Chiron?
At 5 AM on the 7th, my natal Saturn will be at 19Sag27 conjunct the transiting Midheaven. So, while my natal Atlantis is rising, my natal Saturn will be on the Midheaven. What does that mean? A feeling of public responsibility for preventing the destruction of our civilization?
Another asteroid has come to my attention while doing this research. Haumea (136108) will be transiting at 23Lib48Rx on April 7th, conjunct my North Node at 22Lib32 and square my natal Vesta at 23Can13.
Haumea is a significant energy for me, as she is tightly conjunct my natal Child (4580) and semi-square my natal Moon. I have been doing a lot of work with my inner children in recent years and they most definitely carry the energy of Haumea. Reading about her mythology helps me to conceptualize what has been happening with my inner children. Haumea is an indigenous Hawaiian goddess, sort of like a Garden of Eden nature goddess. She doesn’t believe in farming and resents farmers who try to trap her and use her. She prefers to live in nature and be sustained by wild foods without cultivation. I have this inner conflict between what my heart (my inner children) feel is right and the way things work in our industrial civilization, particularly when it comes to food. With the current transits of Haumea squaring Atlantis and Vesta, I guess this is part of the matter at hand–the conflict between indigenous, natural ways and a planet-destroying industrialized civilization, and how can this conflict be resolved?
On April 7th, transiting Child (4580) will be at 22Ari22 conjunct my natal South Node at 22Ari32. When an asteroid transits the South Node it means that something is ending. I think my inner children need to find a more all-inclusive Neptunian perspective rather than continuing to be resentful about the destruction of nature. Something is changing. Forgiveness is necessary.
On April 7th, at 5 AM, transiting Jupiter will be at 18Lib19Rx trine my natal Chiron and transiting DNA. That’s encouraging.
On April 7th, transiting Jupiter will also be biQuintile transiting Neptune, the transiting Ascendant and my natal Atlantis. (The transiting Asc and Neptune and my natal Atlantis will all be within one degree of orb). That also seems like something nice, though I’m not sure what it might mean.
Sorry this is so long. Does this bring anything to mind for anyone aside from me? I imagine it must be hard to read something with very little story line and mostly just a lot of astrological notations. If anyone is interested enough to look at my chart, it is September 14, 1958, 12:44 AM, Wilmington, DE.
Thanks.
Today is April 5th. I have two more days to go before the end of this personal lunar cycle.
I am still researching. I’ve noticed something exciting, that I can’t help but add to my already long list of comments!
My natal Great Attractor is at 13Sag23. It is square my natal Atlantis at 13Pis21.
Also, my natal Super Galactic Center (M-87) is at 0Lib21 conjunct my natal Moon at 0Lib37. As my Moon is my chart ruler, this is a very significant aspect.
The following quotes are by Griga Zsuzsanna at http://www.the-dream weaver.net:
GREAT ATTRACTOR
This area of the sky seems to be linked especially to the topic of free will versus fate. Are we able to exercise free will and, as a result, make conscious decisions? Or do we remain subject to the immutable laws of the physical forces of nature?
SUPER GALACTIC CENTER
In transcendental karmic readings, everything quoted about the Galactic Center holds true for the SGC as well, but Sedgewick adds an interesting idea: “Those contacting the SGC contain a super-massive hunger. They need and need and need.” What I have realized is the fact that it is not so much a physical hunger, but a metaphysical one, although it may take the form of material urges in the beginning. When the SGC is prominent, the native has the urge to excel, to pass a limit, or to reach for the stars. This inner need can be so strong that it consumes him/her unless fulfilled.
So what do you think? Will I become a breatharian at last?
“But this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.” –Matthew 17:21
My guidance says YES, I will stop eating and drinking on April 8th.
Five times previously, I have gone seven days and nights with no food or water. So my first week of dry fasting will be nothing new. I just hope I can continue to stay well and strong if I continue for longer. My guidance says YES, you’ll be fine, don’t worry, but sometimes my guidance fools me just to help me keep a positive attitude.

Okay, I’ll be quiet now.
Hi Jean, thank you for sharing your experiences with various transits and the issues that have come up in your life. Some of this is certainly worth considering but it is quite challenging to follow all of the aspects and transits you’ve pointed out over the last few days and in previous posts combined.
At this point, I have not explored the other other asteroids and dwarf planets and other planetary bodies with some exception to Ceres, Juno and Athena. Many of the asteroids are truly too small and not really worth discussion since much of what they may or may not bring into a chart is already there on a present level with the other planets, their complexes and the archetypes/signs.
This is the first that I’ve heard of a Super Galactic Center and Great Attractor. Those seem to be of a completely different astrology system and foreign to me. There is only one center of our galaxy at around 27 deg Sagittarius. So I can’t comment on those either nor do I do karmic readings but some info can be found on that in the lunar nodes and moon.
Since I use shamanic astrology as my astrological tool, the primary transits I see on your chart are the Saturn Return, Saturn in square with your natal Sun and Jupiter conjunct your North Node. In all of the things that are going on in your life, these transits can truly explain what is happening.
In regards to stopping eating and drinking, I strongly recommend that you do not pursue that action on a permanent level. I can see the benefit of it to fast and detox one’s body (but water is needed, at the minimum to do that) temporarily for a few days or a week. We are souls inhabiting a body to experience what it is to be human and eating food and drinking water is critical to that experience. I know there are stories of certain exceptional people that haven’t had food for a long time (i.e. a few yogis), but we are here to experience our bodies otherwise there is no point to being human at all. Certainly our souls will go on without a body when we die and or when we astral project. Food and water are not evil or anywhere bad for us. It is in how we treat ourselves and others that could be considered bad or good.
I’m not writing this to convince you of my stance on this, just to share my opinion in reply to you and also to point out the mortal dangers of what you are embarking upon. There is likely a great deal of influence from the heavy/intense Saturn and Pluto complexes you have on your chart natally that can explain taking the approach you are taking with attempting to become a breatharian. It is a time for major life decisions and commitments to the next 30 years of your life. But there is more out there beyond, I believe, what you may decide upon.
It is now 5:10 AM on the morning of the 7th. I have just had the most amazing morning and with perfect timing, too, just as the Stars made clear. After being astonished and amazed by what just took place at precisely 5 AM, I came here to report. And I noticed your message and just finished reading it. So what can I say? Maybe you should read the book, Think Like a Freak. I can’t remember the author’s name. I think like a freak. I actually think! I do my research!
So what can I say about my amazing morning? Well, it’s a long, long story–hard to explain! But my niece, GRACE, (Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound) sent me a message on November 8, 2016 on Facebook. I hardly ever visit my Facebook page and somehow I failed to receive an email notifying me of this message, so I entirely missed it. Until this morning. At precisely 5 AM. I went to my Facebook page so I could send a message to Leonard Orr. You know of Leonard, don’t you? He’s the founder of Rebirthing Breathwork International. So, I went to my Facebook page to send a message to Leonard and I noticed the message from Grace. I typed up my message to Leonard and sent it on its way, and then I replied to my niece’s message.
How can I explain? Are you listening? Are you interested? My message to Leonard was about Easter weekend and my father driving home from Florida in a 30-year-old white Cadillac. And no, I’m not talking about a dream. I’m talking about this real life lucid dream experience we are all having…and the symbolism…
A quote from Griga Zsuzsanna’s article:
“The Super Galactic Center is the core of a larger cluster of galaxies forming a Super Galaxy. According to my experience, when the native incarnates as a galactic healer or teacher, the SGC is especially prominent. This point behaves similarly to the Galactic Center, but its power is even greater. Before the existence of the Hubble Space Telescope, the SGC was the only known super-massive black hole, but today astronomers have identified many such areas in the sky. Despite that, the Super Galactic Center is the prevailing dominant force among them.”

Michael Werner is a breatharian scientist who has written a book called Life From Light. The following is a quote from someone who reviewed his book on Amazon.com:
“As a spiritual scientist (yogi) for many years, I am delighted to see that this book has been made available on the U.S. market. Dr. Werner’s hard science-minded approach to “living on light” is a beautiful contrast to the current small (and growing) group of more “spiritually-minded” light feeders – Jasmuheen, HRM, etc.
“Dr. Werner takes a very objective look at the process and ability of the human body to receive nourishment from the “light” – i.e., prana, chi, ki, orgone, etc. With a Ph.D. in Chemistry, Dr. Werner has himself subsisted solely on prana (and water, tea, etc) since the year 2000. By sharing his experience with the world, Dr. Werner is trying to open the “materialistically-addicted” minds of fellow scientists so that they too can see that we humans are spiritual beings as well.
“This book includes great information for the Western educated person as well as: transcript of a Dr. Werner lecture; Q&A w/ Dr. Werner; a 10-day hospital-run experiment in which Dr. Werner was kept in strict isolation and studied around the clock; personal experience from a dozen or so people that have also underwent the 21-day transition process; and a look into the future of science and spirituality.
“For anyone interesting in the future of human evolution (that is here now), this is a great book to have. Dr. Werner’s book is a perfect addition to the Jasumheen, HRM, Mantak Chia (parts of his work), and yogic books/videos that also teach these wonderous methods of living on light.”
